Responsibilities:
-Report directly to the Executive Chef
-Responsible for quality of any food served to guests and any food present on their assigned station(s)
-Manage daily preparation of food and supplies for their assigned station(s) as directed by the catering chef
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and equipment storage areas with a focus on their daily assigned station(s)
-Support and work with the rest of the kitchen and service staff to ensure and exceptional experience for our guests
-Presents and conducts themselves professionally, particularly during service
-Clean and close the kitchen thoroughly and properly as instructed by the catering chef
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
