At Beyond Catering, we take pride not only in the art of dining but in the art of hospitality. We’re entering our busy fall and winter season and are looking for a Catering Chef to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a culinary background who thrives in event settings and wants the chance to grow into a leadership role.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Culinary experience required; catering/banquet background preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license required (ability to legally drive company vehicles).
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying event sizes.
• Willingness to learn; experienced candidates may be prioritized, but training is available.

• Plan, organize, and execute catering prep days in advance of events.
• Oversee and participate in food preparation, cooking, and plating on event days.
• Lead and support kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Transport food and equipment to venues using company vehicles.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.
