Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for catering inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
  • Build relationships through proactive selling, prospecting, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate all aspects of group meetings, banquets, and special functions.
  • Assist clients in event planning, including menu selections and A/V needs.
  • Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to all relevant departments.
  • Conduct site inspections and pre-event checks to ensure quality standards.
  • Liaise with Sales, F&B, Banquets, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee events on-site as required, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly catering/sales activity reports for leadership.
  • Support the Banquet Manager in supervising events when needed.
  • Take part in menu creation and special event planning.
