We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service for a variety of events, ensuring that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards. SKILLS

  • Strong experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving within the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • A creative approach to meal presentation and menu design.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and client requirements.
  • Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all food is served in an appealing manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests during events and addressing any dietary needs or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas throughout the event.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during events.
  • Assist with meal planning and menu development based on client preferences and seasonal ingredients.
