Epicuria is a well-established culinary company specializing in high-quality prepared foods and catering. We are seeking a Prep/Chef Garde-Manger to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for a passionate chef with a love for detail, presentation, and cold kitchen creativity.

• Prepare cold items including salads, hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, terrines, pâtés, aspics, soups, and sauces
• Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients with precision
• Plate and present visually stunning cold dishes and platters
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in portioning and quality
• Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and labeling
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all areas of the kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare for service and events
