JOB SUMMARY:

Annapolis Yacht Club, a private Platinum Club located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, is looking to fill the position of Catering Coordinator.
The Catering Coordinator at Annapolis Yacht Club is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of private and club-sponsored events, ensuring exceptional service and member satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, vendors, and members to create seamless and memorable experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Catering and Events, preferably in a private club or hospitality-related environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of Annapolis’ boating and yachting culture is a plus.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
