POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Assistant Catering Coordinator, you will support the Catering Coordinator in managing event logistics, client communication, and vendor coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for some evenings and weekends
