We’re seeking a Charcuterie Clerk (Customer Service) to provide exceptional transaction processes. We’re on the lookout for friendly individuals who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing catering inquiries, answering questions, providing information or services, and assisting with menu items.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of catering events, including equipment rentals and transportation.
• Create and distribute event orders to all relevant departments.
• Confirm all event details with client prior to the event date.
• Able to attend and assist with on-site event setup and execution as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Process client payments and track all catering-related expenses.
• Assist in managing inventory of catering supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the cuisine/kitchen staff regarding event timelines, food preparation, and special requests.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
