Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth (≈50%) Develop and execute strategies to grow Kitchen Hub’s catering sales channel across all food hall locations. Collaborate with marketing to generate and convert catering leads through digital, B2B, and local community channels. Set and monitor key sales KPIs and report results to senior leadership. Identify and evaluate new sales channels. Provide input on catering marketing campaigns and client outreach. Operations & Process Optimization (≈50%) Streamline the catering order process, working closely with FOH teams and restaurant partners. Assess and recommend improvements to ordering tech and fulfillment logistics. Lead the exploration of third-party catering platforms. Coordinate with restaurant partners to advise on menu optimization. Document and refine SOPs for catering fulfillment. Handle occasional client interactions for custom or large-scale requests. Qualifications 3 years experience in catering operations. Strong understanding of catering workflows. Demonstrated process and growth improvement skills. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination. Data-driven with comfort analyzing sales and process metrics. Familiarity with POS systems and catering platforms. Entrepreneurial, organized, and adaptable.
