JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, along with strong organizational and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing catering and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and helping plan, book, prep and prepare for various meeting functions and events. The Catering Coordinator will work closely with clients to create memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in catering or restaurant management.
  • Background in hospitality management or food service management preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in banquet service or casual dining is desirable.
