POSITION OVERVIEW

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering orders—from inquiry to delivery. This includes coordinating with store managers, kitchen teams, and customers to ensure accurate orders, timely execution, and exceptional presentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, event planning, or restaurant operations preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming catering inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, customize orders, and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure orders are prepared to standard and on time.
  • Schedule and oversee catering deliveries, ensuring proper setup and presentation.
  • Track sales, invoices, and payments for catering orders.
  • Build relationships with community partners and corporate clients to grow catering sales.
