OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Catering to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and operational expertise to ensure the successful execution of catering events while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in catering management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques and fine dining standards.
  • Background in quick service & fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in staff training, development, and team management.
  • Experience with shift management and supervising kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Previous experience in banquet management or hotel catering is highly desirable.

  • Coordinate logistics for events including staffing, equipment rental, and transportation of food items.
