Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office. Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver lunch to our clients’ locations. The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience. This position requires the ability to drive a company van. Candidates must have a valid drivers license to qualify. What you'll be doing Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted Meeting w/the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office. Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience Light kitchen support as needed; organizing storage areas, prep, dishwasher, etc.. Responsibilities

This role involves managing the Sifted lunch experience at client locations, ensuring staff satisfaction, and coordinating logistics by meeting the culinary team to pick up and deliver the menu items. Additionally, the driver will collect feedback, suggest improvements, and provide light support within the kitchen as needed.
