YOUR WORKPLACE

The Uber location is centrally located in Amsterdam Zuid. Our daily service includes providing breakfast, lunch, a delicious snack, and maintaining and replenishing pantries for around 600 guests. We also offer mega drinks every Thursday and, upon request, facilitate other events for Uber’s guests. In addition to preparing and serving innovative dishes, we place great importance on sustainability and waste reduction. This location is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, excluding events.

YOUR TEAM

We are a dynamic team of around 30 enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Together, we strive to bring out the best in each other every day. Our colleagues come from all over the world, which makes for an inspiring and instructive environment. Our work is varied and challenging. We have different tasks and responsibilities, and we change roles regularly to keep things interesting and varied. No two days are ever the same! Besides hard work, we value a good atmosphere. We laugh together, share knowledge and learn from each other every day. Our team is a mix of experienced professionals and newcomers, and we believe this diversity contributes to our success. YOUR JOB

“Good morning!” You woke up on the right side of the bed and are eager to get started. As a Catering employee at Uber, Amsterdam, you make the restaurant 100% ready for one of the most important moments of the day. You help prepare all the dishes and drinks your guests are looking forward to.
Then it’s mealtime. You welcome the guests in a hospitable manner, as only you can. This allows you to personalize your service! And even better; the guests know you by now too.
After mealtime, you get to work cleaning up and preparing for the rest of the day and tomorrow. Additionally, you make (meeting) people happy with a cup of coffee, a snack, or a drink. Thanks to your friendly service, everyone is very satisfied, and you can go home with a fulfilled feeling.
