Responsibilities
  • Correspond by email and phone with clients, suppliers, staff, etc.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with main activities including answering
    incoming calls, emails, and direct responses to inquiries
  • Create event proposals including menu, quotes, invoices and contracts
  • Coordinate food and staffing as required for full service events
  • Place catering orders with the kitchen accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and emailing the schedule for next day events, as required
  • Assist with styling of special events and booking suppliers
  • Provide outstanding service to existing preferred venues and cultivate new
    relationships with venues
  • Miscellaneous duties, administrative tasks and errands as required
