Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related
  Sales/Catering experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and

experience.

• Delphi system knowledge preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to

customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• Flexible in being present during events that occur in the evening or during weekends

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be
required.
