Event Staff – Job Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Event Staff team for a variety of private and public events. As a key part of our hospitality crew, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and attended to throughout the event.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including setup, serving, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing station or service area.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and health/safety standards.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth event flow and service excellence.
• Support the breakdown and post-event cleanup process efficiently and respectfully.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service is highly valued.
• Banquet, catering, or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling protocols is preferred.
• Friendly, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work flexible weekend hours.
• Experience in hotel service, coffee shops, or high-volume guest interaction roles is especially relevant.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
