POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Catering Account Manager to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, client service, and food & beverage. The Junior Catering Account Manager will work closely with senior account managers and the operations team to support client relationships, assist in planning and executing events, and ensure seamless catering experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food & beverage is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest and working knowledge of food and beverage recommended.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and offsite events as required.

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day client communication, proposals, and event planning tasks.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of offsite events, including setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Help maintain accurate event files, contracts, and billing records.
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure event details are clearly communicated and executed.
• Participate in menu planning discussions and provide basic food and beverage recommendations to clients.
• Attend client tastings, site visits, and pre-event meetings to provide support and gather details.
• Provide on-site support for events, acting as a liaison between clients and internal staff.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
