JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events while ensuring exceptional guest services. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in catering management or a related field within the hotel or restaurant industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management related to catering operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
