JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality / Catering Supervisor for our Facilities Management Company, to oversee our catering operations in a Healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves managing a team, ensuring food safety standards are met, and coordinating food production for various events. The Catering Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high-quality service and fostering a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the catering or restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to adapt team allocations based on need
