The Catering Logistics Manager is responsible for the timely facilitation of event load out preparation, site service and the execution of all standard operating procedures in conjunction with warehouse activities. The Logistics Manager will partner with the Warehouse Manager to lead an effective and efficient team of loaders/pullers to ensure every event receives the required and needed equipment. This position will report to the General Manager.
Primary Job Function:
Partner with kitchen team to aligning equipment needs with food preparation detailsOther Duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Must have an in-depth knowledge of Food Service Operations with a focus on catering and fine dining preferred. Demonstrate skills through practical and related experience, that are needed to run a warehouse function and logistics for an internal truck fleet and rental vehicles as required.
