We are Vermaat, your partner in tailor-made hospitality. Together with you, we’re building a completely new restaurant concept at this unique location. You’ll be part of a new team, working with a new client in a new environment. We believe in hospitality, quality, and collaboration. What we’ll be doing

• Banqueting: professional catering for meetings, events, and special occasions.

You’ll play a key role in creating a space where people feel welcome. Together, we’ll make the restaurant a pleasant, inspiring, and well-organized environment – every single day.

YOUR INGREDIENTS

• You have at least 3 years of as a leader in the hospitality industry;
• Leadership comes naturally to you, and you know how to motivate your colleagues by creating a pleasant working atmosphere;
• Your sense of responsibility ensures that the location functions optimally;
• You are data-driven. You keep an overview of the quantitative performance of your ‘store’; revenue, labor costs, shrinkage, and margins;
• You excel in commercial and financial areas and ensure that objectives are achieved;
• With your knowledge and creativity, you know how to respond well to the needs of the client and guests, and you are constantly looking for innovation and development;
• You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) upon request.
