We are seeking a talented and creative hospitality leader with proven catering experience to bring fresh ideas to our kitchen and make it their own, all while working collaboratively with our upper management team.
At Clifton Bingo we pride ourselves on offering home-style cooking that our guests love. However, within this post we are looking for someone who can invigorate our menu, introducing new dishes and flavours to help drive increased sales and appeal to a wider range of customers.

Other desirable attributes you will have are:

  • Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen operations
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering quality service
  • Experience in stock and cost control
  • A genuine passion for making guests feel welcome and creating a positive environment
  • Formal catering qualifications would be an advantage

Responsibilities

As Catering Manager, you’ll be the heart of our catering team, leading a small, friendly group to deliver excellent food service. Your jobs will include but not be limited to:

  • Running our food and beverage operations smoothly
  • Preparing and serving food to high standards
  • Coordinating our buffet team during a busy service to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help to guarantee the care of your entire team and visitors
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance across the service area
  • Completing admin tasks such as stock ordering and daily paperwork
  • Managing stock and minimising waste
