Essential Qualifications

• Craft based qualifications C & G or NVQ (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)Basic Food Hygiene certificate

Desirable Qualifications

• Recognised Supervisory or Management Qualification
• Recognised Nutrition Qualification
• BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
• Recognised Food Hygiene Qualification/intermediate

• Food Hygiene CertificateHealth and Safety qualification

Essential Experience

• Relevant experience in supervising a large catering contract
• Supervision and training of staff in basic kitchen skills
• Experience of large scale catering and catering
• Controlling resources

• Commercial catering experienceRelevant experience of managing financial resources
