Key Responsibilities Lead and manage catering operations for high-end café and coffee brands. Drive excellence in service delivery across events, outlets, and large-scale operations. Develop catering strategies that enhance customer experience and brand reputation. Coordinate with café outlets to ensure seamless execution of catering services. Desired Profile Proven background in catering management with a strong link to coffee/café industry. Hands on experience in managing catering for coffee outlets or café style F&B concepts. Strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills. Ability to deliver premium experiences in line with global standards.
