Job Description Here at Baxterstorey, we are looking for an experienced Catering Office Administrator to work with our clients at one of our fabulous sites (Natwest HQ). The role is available for an immediate start and would be a Monday to Friday every week. 8hrs shift based on 5 out of 5 days, You must have previous admin and business, food and customer service experience . The role would start as soon as the vetting process is complete, £14.85 plus Holiday pay and paid day off during bank holidays, free food onsite, and other employee benefits. Must Haves: Strong Excel skills Previous experience in hospitality industry Ability to work independently Min 1 year admin experience Min 1 year finance or business expierience Reports to: Location Manager Daily Tasks List: Reconciliation of previous day’s revenues & takings and entry into day-books software • Safe float check Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software including approval of digital invoices Raising of sales invoices (deposits, final spends) on day-books software Input data onto Daily Tracker spreadsheet and distribute to management team • Petty Cash analysis and reconciliation Weekly Tasks: close week on day-books software Debt analysis and report Chasing customer debt Future business analysis and sense check Weekly paperwork submission to central office Customer deposit reconciliation Company Credit Card reconciliation 40 Hours contract Qualifications Would Likes: Finance/business experience or similar qualification Studying for qualifications Additional Information As an Office Administrator you will benefit from the following: 50% discount across Baxterstorey venues Enrolment into the Baxterstorey pension scheme Up to 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Access to everyday discounts and communication portal Employee assistance programme Meals provided on shift when working within one of our venues Our success is down to the investment we make in developing our people to ensure they can be the best they can.
