Our Catering Operations Site Leads are natural team players who guide Zerocater’s On-Site Specialists with the goal of maximizing the team’s performance and facilitating excellent client experiences. While ensuring that every meal goes off without a hitch, you’ll get the benefit of building relationships with clients, many of which are exciting tech startups like Zerocater. You are a subject matter expert and enthusiastic spokesperson for Zerocater because you agree that the best ideas happen over food. The ideal person for this role is thoughtful, empathetic, and brings a smile to work every day. What you will do: Serve as the main point of contact for our clients; answering any questions or issues they may have Conduct pre-shift preparation tasks and delegate shift responsibilities to appropriate team members Ensure Zerocater standards are being exceeded with every meal served Serve as an executive decision-maker around meal issues utilizing your ability to think quickly on your feet Schedule new On-Site Specialists to shadow current employees while ensuring consistency in quality and level of service provided Qualifications for success: 1-2 years experience in a team lead or management position with a background in hospitality, food service, or similar customer-facing role. Track record of being a true team player, willing to work together and help others out to ensure smooth execution. Positive attitude and strong work ethic highly desired Responsible with strong attention to detail and can work effectively with little to no supervision.
