THE ROLE

The Catering & Sales Coordinator is the face of Party Fowl outside our four walls. Think of this role as our local area marketing wingman—part event planner, part sales driver, part community connector. From booking catering gigs to pulling off events that scream Party Fowl, you’ll make sure our brand stays top of mind (and top of taste buds).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Cater with Flavor: Manage catering inquiries, book orders, and make sure every off-site Party Fowl event is executed with spice and precision.
• Hustle the Brand: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and event planners to grow catering and private event sales.
• Be Everywhere: Represent Party Fowl at community events, festivals, and tastings—bringing the energy, the fun, and the chicken.
• Event Rockstar: Coordinate details for in-house parties, private events, and special promotions, ensuring guests leave raving.
• Marketing Muscle: Assist with grassroots marketing—flyers, social presence, giveaways, and local partnerships that keep Party Fowl buzzing.
• Team Spirit: Work closely with restaurant managers and staff to ensure smooth event execution and consistent Party Fowl hospitality.
