Oversee the sales and customer relations for the catering part of our business. Responsibilities include but not limited to finding new and repeat customers, helping with menu selection and planning, finding best menu/items to fit customer’s budget, communication with corporate accounts on daily basis, and delegate with kitchen staff.
In addition to the catering, customer service/front end management also a part of the job.
