CONFIDENTIAL CATERING SALES MANAGER

San Antonio, TX (Local Candidates Only)
$70,000 – $85,000 base + $10K–$15K uncapped bonus
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights/Weekends
A well-established corporate catering company is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Catering Sales Manager to lead outside sales efforts across the San Antonio metro area.
This is a hunter-focused role, ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B cold prospecting, relationship building, and territory growth. You’ll spend the majority of your time generating new business through face-to-face marketing, drop-ins, and outreach, supported by an inside sales resource to manage inbound activity and proposals.

Key Role Details:

• 80% Outside Sales & New Business Development
• Support Provided: Dedicated inside sales assistant for order support & CRM management
• Defined Territory: Full San Antonio metro coverage
• Well-Recognized Brand with 40+ years in the industry
• Bonus Structure: Uncapped, historically in the $10K–$15K range

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong B2B outside sales background (not event coordination/inbound-only roles)
• “Hunter” mentality – self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
• Familiarity with the San Antonio corporate landscape
• Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM proficient (HubSpot a plus)
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement included)
