JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our banquet and catering operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on business development and customer service. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing catering events, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective territory management and lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in catering management or a related field with a strong focus on sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes
  • Proficiency in CI/TY and able to detail BEOS
  • Exceptional analysis skills to evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
