In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries and event bookings with precision and professionalism, anticipating the unique needs of each client, and delivering personalized service that aligns with our commitment to excellence. • Previous experience in a luxury hotel is required
• Previous experience in a management role is required
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively and close business.
• A keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
