Job Details Job Location: Edley's The Factory - Franklin, TN 37064 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly CATERING DELIVERY & EVENT SOULSTER (PT/FT) $25/HR + TIPS Edley’s Bar-B-Que provides catering for a variety of events in the Nashville and surrounding areas from weddings to private parties, corporate meetings, and festivals. The Catering Delivery & Event Team Member is responsible for coordinating and executing logistical decisions, making drop off catering deliveries, and transporting, setting up, managing and serving at full-service events. Responsibilities: • Deliver catering orders • Transport and set-up at events • Serve at events (buffets & cocktail service) • Respond to customer requests on-site and communicate with Coordinators • Live “southern soul” in each guest interaction Requirements: Edley’s is known for delivering a unique and memorable experience in our restaurants. Additional Requirements • Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate larger vans • Professional appearance • Provide basic vehicle maintenance including: gasoline, oil changes, tire rotations, organizing and cleaning cargo areas and should communicate any additional or immediate vehicular needs with management. • Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with restaurant and on-site teams • Open Availability including nights and weekends • Knowledgeable or ability to learn Edley’s Bar-B-Que menu • Sense of urgency to respond to and meet customer needs • Self-motivated to meet and exceed expectations • Live in the Middle Tennessee area and travel to event locations in the region A Plus If You Have: • Desire to advance career with a growing brand • Want to begin a career in catering and event planning Qualifications
