Job Title: Catering Services Wizard

Serve daily on-site for a major corporate client

• Coordinate all aspects of daily catering services, including set-up, service, and breakdown
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the client to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with a small team of catering staff
• Manage event logistics and adapt quickly to client requests or changes
• Ensure all food, beverage, and service elements meet Pacific Coast Catering’s high standards
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide professional resolutions
• Communicate feedback and operational updates to the Pacific Coast Catering leadership team

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event service
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively problem-solve
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication
• Primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings for special events
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence
• Valid BC drivers license
• Physically fit with ability to load vehicles and lift 50 pounds
