We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized Event Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. This role will support the EXECUTIVE CHEF and Sous Chef Admin in the seamless execution of all kitchen operations related to events.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader with experience in high-volume service, exceptional organizational skills, and a solid understanding of professional kitchen operations. At this stage, the role is focused on learning our systems and recipes, leading by example, and ensuring execution excellence .

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in catering, banquets, or high-volume service
  • Strong technical culinary skills and knowledge of professional kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events
