Catering Steward

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Steward to join our team at our Officers Mess at Swinton Barracks in Perham Down. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, serving meals, and ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and organised. You’ll interact with our Armed Forces personnel every day, improving the quality of life for all that you meet.

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7
• Monday to Thursday Morning shift: 06:30 till 14:30
• Morning to Thursday Afternoon shift 12:30 till 20:30
• Friday Morning shift: 06:30 till 14:30
• Friday Afternoon shift 10:00 till 18:00
• Saturday & Sunday 10:00 till 18:00
• up to £11.73 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations
• Support any enquiries or requests within the food and beverage areas
• Serve and replenish food from counters and break-down stations at the end of meal periods
• Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas
