Ensure all goods are receipted as per HACCP & stock control procedures. To provide a clean working environment by following a cleaning schedule. To ensure catering provisions are distributed to wards and departments as per schedules. Produce any reports for the Facilities Manager as directed Produce a weekly stock take of all food items
