Join DOF as our Catering Superintendent – leading catering excellence across our global fleet We are seeking an experienced Catering professional to manage catering services across our global fleet. This unique role combines hands-on operational support to vessels with the opportunity to shape and drive the company’s catering strategy. You will be responsible for developing and managing the offshore catering function, setting clear performance targets, and monitoring delivery to ensure consistent quality, food safety, compliance, while ensuring vessels will stay on budget. The role includes ownership of Catering Management Standards and Procedures and requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including Vessel Crews, Operations, HSEQ, Finance, Procurement, and external service providers. If you thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoy working closely with vessel teams to deliver high standards, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: Ensure that efficient catering procurement services related to vessel operation are carried out. Verify that catering is carried out in conformance with applicable laws / regulations and contractual requirements. Initiate and manage savings programs agreed with stakeholders. Budget control, and monthly deviation overview of meal cost account and non-food consumption for all vessels under area of Authority. Develop and implement measurable KPI`s for the catering department. Regular visits onboard the DOF vessels within area of responsibility Recognised Catering professional Experience within the maritime sector or large-scale service delivery businesses is desirable.
