To oversee and coordinate the daily operations of inpatient meal services within the healthcare facility, ensuring all patients receive meals that are nutritious, safe, and meet their prescribed dietary requirements. This role is responsible for supervising catering staff, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, HACCP, and relevant healthcare catering regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare , with at least 1–2 years in a team leader role.
• Knowledge of hospital dietary requirements and therapeutic diets.
• HACCP Level 3 (minimum) and Food Safety Level 4 certification required.
• Work Environment
• Hospital ward kitchens, patient rooms, and central catering facility.
• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per hospital requirements.

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
