We are looking for an ambitious individual, who must have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to problem solve effectively under pressure, ensuring the highest level of quality customer service is always being delivered.
You will place great importance on customer care, facility standards and will contribute to financial and strategic targets.
You will work as part of a team managing the site on a day-to-day basis and reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manger working on a variety of projects to develop the Food and Beverage offering

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
2 x years of supervisory or management experience.
1 x Years Catering and Hospitality experience

· Identifying additional sales and marketing opportunities.
· Ensuring customer service excellence is consistently delivered, and revenues and profitability are maximised.
· Assisting with recruiting, leading, managing, training, coaching and developing the Team.
· Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
· Keeping up to date with industry trends and competition, to ensure Planet Ice meets all demands.
· Assisting with formulating and establishing operating procedures and goals.
· Proactive in suggesting and debating alternative methods and procedures in solving concerns and assuring that we exceed the expectations and satisfaction of our guests.
· Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with the company’s operating standards and cleaning procedures and in accordance with all legal, health and safety requirements.
