Catering Supervisor Permanent Contract – 39hrs per week
Reporting to the Catering Manager and working closely with catering management and team. This post will have responsibility for ensuring that the standard and quality of food adheres to HACCP guidelines and that the department is ran to the highest level of service and standard at all times.

The successful candidate should ideally possess the following:

• A Relevant Catering / Management qualification.
• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• Flexibility
• Have the ability to innovate and lead and manage the restaurant team
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and catering systems
• Be computer literate
