We are looking for Catering Supervisors to join our existing Catering team. Our ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, confident and passionate people who are not afraid of hard work in a very fast-paced environment.
Working Hours will be between 9.30am and 8.00pm on a rota basis.

THE ROLE

• Opening and closing of selected restaurants
• Obtaining and checking of opening and closing documentation
• Random Unit Inspection and Reporting
• Stock Taking and movement of stock
• Rota inputting and staff movements as required.
• Assisting in the ongoing training and development of your team.
  The Catering Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality, with a keen understanding of food safety and preparation.

DUTIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily operation, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold standards.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely food production and delivery to guests.

  The positions are available on a full-time or part-time seasonal basis until to Sunday 2 November 2025.

  Pay: £12.30-£12.95 per hour
  Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
