CATERING SUPERVISOR – LSE HALLS OF RESIDENCE (CARR-SAUNDERS HALL)

Salary: £28,708 to £32,019 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £33,636 pa (inclusive of London allowance)
LSE is one of the world’s leading social science universities, attracting students from across the globe. Our Catering team delivers restaurants, cafés, bars, and halls of residence services, providing high-quality food, retail, and hospitality to our vibrant student and staff community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join our team at Carr-Saunders Hall. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven supervisory or team leader experience in catering, a passion for food, and an interest in sustainability and modern high street trends.
You’ll be responsible for kitchen production, developing ideas, procurement, and maintaining the highest food safety standards, while leading and supporting a small team. Flexibility, teamwork, and a drive for excellent service are key.
Location: London (Carr-Saunders Hall, with flexibility to work across other LSE sites)
Hours: Straight shifts, average 35 hours per week (including early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holiday)
