ABOUT THE ROLE

Sodexo is seeking a passionate and experienced Catering Supervisor to lead our Food Service Assistant (FSA) team in Limerick. If you’re a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced catering environment, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Supervise and lead the FSA team in day-to-day cleaning and hygiene maintenance as per Sodexo and client standards.
• Manage rosters, coordinate leave requests, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee and train staff in the use of the EPOS payment system and ensure cash handling compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HACCP documentation.
• Apply and uphold company HR policies and procedures.
• Hold regular team huddles, champion Sodexo values, and foster staff engagement.
• Ensure team members comply with Sodexo’s personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Induct and train staff in “Great Training” practices and safe systems of work.
• Report all near-misses, accidents, and incidents promptly.
• Support food preparation and presentation to company standards when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of service areas, including tables, counters, and vending machines.
