You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (Qld)
• Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate
• Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams

• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing.
• Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards.
