Cath Lab In-Service Specialist Boston, MA Part Time | Experienced Salary: $50–$75/hour (based on experience) Job Title: Clinical Training Specialist – Vascular Intervention (PRN, 1099) Overview We are seeking skilled clinicians with Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR experience to deliver device training, procedural support, and clinical education to hospital teams in the Boston metro region. This independent contractor (1099) role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work closely with advanced vascular intervention technologies. This is a purely clinical position — not sales. Lead hands-on training sessions in Cath Lab, IR, and Hybrid OR environments. Assist in onboarding and clinical education for new accounts. Track and report all training activities accurately. Required Qualifications Procedural experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR involving vascular intervention/vascular access (RCIS, RT(R), CVT, RN). Strong communication and education skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel locally/regionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing medical device education or in-servicing. Knowledge of thrombectomy and DVT/PE devices. Compensation & Perks $50–$75/hour based on experience.
