Cath Lab In-Service Specialist New York, NY Part Time | Experienced Salary: $50–$75/hour (based on experience) Job Title: Clinical Training Specialist – Vascular Intervention (PRN, 1099) Overview A leading medical device company is seeking experienced professionals with Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR backgrounds to provide hands-on training, procedural support, and device education to hospital teams across the New York metro area. This independent contractor (1099) position offers flexibility, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to stay active with advanced vascular intervention technologies. This is a clinical education role — not sales. Provide hands-on education to clinicians on vascular access and thrombectomy devices. Support new account setup and training integration. Maintain accurate training documentation and timely reports. Required Qualifications Direct Cath Lab, IR, or Hybrid OR experience in vascular access/intervention (RCIS, RT(R), CVT, RN). Strong communication and presentation skills. Independent, self-directed work style. Willingness to travel regionally. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with medical device training/in-servicing. Familiarity with DVT/PE intervention and thrombectomy technologies. Compensation & Perks $50–$75/hour depending on experience. IRS-standard mileage reimbursement.
