JOB SUMMARY

· To be part of the multi-disciplinary team providing outstanding care to our patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
· To support the Radiation Protection Supervisor
· To work within the Catheter Lab providing imaging for all procedures, including but not limited to PCI, Angiograms, Pacing and Devices

EDUCATIONAL

· Participate in relevant induction programmes for new staff.
· To participate in educational programmes for own professional development, including (but not limited to) mandatory training in: a) Fire safety b) Basic life support c) Moving and handling.
· Attend any specific clinical training that ensures clinical competency is maintained.
· Ensure Clinical Governance standards are met with partnership of unit manager/s.
