Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or ARRT-R) — Day Shift Pay: $29.56 – $44.34/hr (experience-based) Sign-On: $10,000 Relocation: Case-by-case Schedule: Days • Rotating Weekends • Full-time Location: Panama City, FL area Overview Step into a high-acuity Accredited Chest Pain Center (Primary PCI & Resuscitation) supporting complex cardiac and peripheral vascular work. This 230+ bed acute care hospital features advanced cardiac/interventional services, a dedicated Pediatric ER, and the region’s only Level III NICU—a strong platform for Cath/IR growth and device exposure. Responsibilities Scrub/monitor/circulate for diagnostic & interventional coronary and peripheral procedures. Execute hemodynamic monitoring and image acquisition; document with precision. Own room readiness: equipment checks, radiation safety, sterile setup, efficient turnover. Support patient transport, positioning, and immediate post-procedure care. Collaborate tightly with MDs, RNs, anesthesia; drive throughput and safety metrics. Contribute to PI/quality projects and maintain supply/inventory discipline. Qualifications Must-Have 1+ year recent experience in Specials, Vascular, or Cardiac Cath Lab. Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist. ARRT (R) or RCIS credential. BLS at hire; ACLS within facility timeline (≈45–60 days). Associate degree (or equivalent) in Radiologic Technology. Preferred EP cross-training; complex coronary/peripheral intervention experience. Strong hemodynamics, radiation physics, contrast reactions & emergency response skills.
