Description
The Sister serves as the former owner representative and Catholic Identity & Sponsorship Leader, ensuring the hospital’s fidelity to its Catholic mission, values, and the heritage of the founding congregation. She provides guidance on sponsorship commitments and Catholic identity standards, offering oversight and direction on matters related to the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs). Through presence, collaboration, and formation activities, the Sister sustains the spiritual and ethical integrity of the ministry. Qualifications   Education Requirements: Master’s in catholic theology, Christian Formation Studies, CPE( min 2 units), Catholic Social Teaching, and ERD ongoing education   Recommended Experience: Leadership and/or work experience in pastoral ministry, formation, education, and religious life.  Leadership experience in health care and other institutions' sponsorship. Personal formation experience as a Pallottine Missionary Sisters member or associate   Recommended Certifications/Skills: Spiritual leadership, mentoring, and teaching ability. Communication and relationship-building skills. Capacity to represent the sponsoring congregation and ensure fidelity to mission and values.
